1. Subscription Payments

All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly
  • You cancel within 7 days of first purchase (optional – your choice)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Partial usage of subscription
  • Unused features
  • Plan upgrades/downgrades after usage

4. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime
  • Access will remain until the end of billing period
  • No future charges will be made

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
